- 4 lobster tails
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter
- 4 cloves black garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- Fresh parsley, for garnish
Instructions
- Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
- In a small saucepan, melt the butter over low heat.
- Add the minced black garlic, lemon juice, salt, and pepper to the melted butter and stir well.
- Using kitchen shears, cut the lobster tails down the middle to expose the meat.
- Brush the black garlic butter mixture generously over the lobster meat.
- Place the lobster tails on the grill, meat side up, and grill for about 6-8 minutes, basting with more butter halfway through.
- Remove from the grill and garnish with fresh parsley before serving.
Notes
- Make sure not to overcook the lobster tails to keep them tender.
