  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter
  • 4 cloves black garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper

Instructions

  1. Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
  2. In a small saucepan, melt the butter over low heat.
  3. Add the minced black garlic, lemon juice, salt, and pepper to the melted butter and stir well.
  4. Using kitchen shears, cut the lobster tails down the middle to expose the meat.
  5. Brush the black garlic butter mixture generously over the lobster meat.
  6. Place the lobster tails on the grill, meat side up, and grill for about 6-8 minutes, basting with more butter halfway through.
  7. Remove from the grill and garnish with fresh parsley before serving.
