- 4 ears of corn, husked
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter, softened
- 4 cloves black garlic, mashed
- 1 tablespoon fresh parsley, chopped
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat your grill to medium-high heat.
- In a bowl, mix the softened butter with the mashed black garlic and chopped parsley until well combined.
- Spread the black garlic butter mixture evenly over the husked corn.
- Wrap each ear of corn in aluminum foil.
- Place the wrapped corn on the grill and cook for about 15-20 minutes, turning occasionally.
- Remove from the grill, unwrap, and season with salt and pepper to taste before serving.
Notes
- For extra flavor, you can add a sprinkle of Parmesan cheese before serving.
- Make sure to check the corn for doneness; it should be tender when pierced with a fork.
