- 1/4 cup sugar-free ketchup

Instructions
- Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
- Add the chopped onion and sauté until translucent, about 3-4 minutes.
- Stir in the minced garlic and cook for an additional minute until fragrant.
- Add the ground beef to the skillet, breaking it apart with a spatula. Cook until browned and fully cooked, about 5-7 minutes. Drain any excess fat if necessary.
- In a bowl, mix together the sugar-free ketchup, yellow mustard, mayonnaise, apple cider vinegar, Worcestershire sauce, onion powder, garlic powder, smoked paprika, salt, and pepper.
- Pour this mixture over the cooked beef and stir well to combine. Let it simmer for 5-10 minutes, allowing the flavors to meld together.
- To serve, place a generous scoop of the sloppy joe mixture onto a large lettuce leaf. Top with shredded lettuce, diced pickles, and shredded cheddar cheese.
- Roll up the lettuce leaf to enjoy as a wrap.
