A delicious and easy recipe for making apple pie egg rolls that are perfect for dessert.
Ingredients

- 2 cups of peeled and diced apples
- 1/2 cup of sugar
- 1 teaspoon of cinnamon
- 1 tablespoon of lemon juice
- 10 egg roll wrappers
- Oil for frying
Instructions
- In a bowl, mix the diced apples, sugar, cinnamon, and lemon juice until well combined.
- Place a spoonful of the apple mixture onto the center of each egg roll wrapper.
- Fold the wrapper over the filling and seal the edges with a little water.
- Heat oil in a frying pan over medium heat.
- Fry the egg rolls until golden brown on all sides.
- Remove from oil and drain on paper towels.
- Serve warm with ice cream or caramel sauce if desired.
Notes
- Make sure to not overfill the egg rolls to prevent them from bursting while frying.
- These can be baked instead of fried for a healthier option.
