- 2 cups of diced apples
- 1/2 cup of sugar
- 1 teaspoon of cinnamon
- 1 package of refrigerated pie crusts
- 1 egg (for egg wash)
- 1 tablespoon of butter (for brushing)
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a bowl, mix the diced apples, sugar, and cinnamon until well combined.
- Roll out the pie crusts and cut them into squares.
- Place a spoonful of the apple mixture in the center of each square.
- Fold the corners of the square over the filling and seal them tightly.
- Brush the tops with egg wash and place them on a baking sheet.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes or until golden brown.
- Let cool slightly before serving.
