- 2 cups cooked chicken, shredded
- 1 cup frozen mixed vegetables
- 1 can (10.5 oz) cream of chicken soup
- 1 cup chicken broth
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon dried thyme
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 package (1 lb) refrigerated pie crusts
Instructions
- In a large bowl, combine the shredded chicken, frozen vegetables, cream of chicken soup, chicken broth, onion powder, garlic powder, thyme, and black pepper.
- Pour the mixture into the crock pot and spread it evenly.
- Cover and cook on low for 6-8 hours or on high for 3-4 hours.
- About 30 minutes before serving, roll out the pie crust and cut it into strips or shapes.
- Place the pie crust on top of the chicken mixture in the crock pot.
- Cover and cook for an additional 30 minutes until the crust is golden brown.
- Serve warm and enjoy!
