- 4 bratwurst sausages
- 1 can (12 oz) of beer
- 1 medium onion, sliced
- 2 tablespoons of mustard

Instructions
- In a large pot, combine the bratwurst, beer, and sliced onion. Bring to a boil over medium heat.
- Reduce heat and simmer for about 20 minutes.
- Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
- Remove the bratwurst from the pot and pat dry.
- Brush the bratwurst with olive oil and season with salt and pepper.
- Grill the bratwurst for about 5-7 minutes, turning occasionally, until browned and cooked through.
- Serve the bratwurst in buns with mustard and grilled onions on top.
