- 2 cups ground beef
- 1 large egg
- 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 tablespoon everything bagel seasoning
- 1 tablespoon olive oil (for cooking)
Instructions
- In a large mixing bowl, combine the ground beef, egg, mozzarella cheese, Parmesan cheese, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and black pepper. Mix until all ingredients are well incorporated.
- Divide the mixture into 4 equal portions and shape each portion into a bagel shape by forming a ball and then creating a hole in the center with your fingers.
- Heat the olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Once hot, carefully place the beef bagels in the skillet.
- Cook for about 4-5 minutes on each side, or until they are browned and cooked through.
- Once cooked, sprinkle everything bagel seasoning on top of each bagel while they are still hot.
- Remove from the skillet and let them rest for a few minutes before serving.
