  • 8 slices of bacon
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/4 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/4 cup chopped green onions
  • 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine the ground beef, garlic powder, onion powder, smoked paprika, salt, black pepper, Worcestershire sauce, cheddar cheese, and green onions. Mix until well combined.
  3. Lay out the bacon slices on a clean surface. Take a small portion of the beef mixture (about 2 tablespoons) and form it into a log shape. Place the log at one end of a bacon slice and roll it up tightly, securing the ends of the bacon around the beef. Repeat with the remaining beef mixture and bacon slices.
  4. Place the roll-ups seam side down on the prepared baking sheet. Brush the tops with olive oil for extra crispiness.
  5. Bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes, or until the bacon is crispy and the beef is cooked through. Use a meat thermometer to ensure the internal temperature of the beef reaches 160°F.
  6. Let the roll-ups cool for a few minutes before serving. Enjoy them warm as an appetizer or a main dish.

Notes

  • For a spicy kick, add 1/2 teaspoon of cayenne pepper to the beef mixture.
