- 1 pound pork tenderloin, cut into 1-inch cubes
- 1/4 cup soy sauce
- 2 tablespoons honey
- 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon ground ginger

- Skewers (soaked in water if wooden)
Instructions
- In a bowl, combine soy sauce, honey, vegetable oil, garlic, ginger, and black pepper to create the marinade.
- Add the pork cubes to the marinade and let them marinate for at least 30 minutes.
- Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
- Thread the marinated pork onto the skewers.
- Grill the skewers for about 10-12 minutes, turning occasionally, until the pork is cooked through and has nice grill marks.
- Remove from the grill and let rest for a few minutes before serving.
