- 2 (6-ounce) sea bass fillets
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/2 cup dukkah spice blend
- 1 lemon, sliced
- Fresh parsley, for garnish
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or lightly grease it with cooking spray.
- Place the sea bass fillets on the prepared baking sheet, skin side down.
- Drizzle the olive oil over the fillets, then season with salt and black pepper.
- Press the dukkah spice blend evenly onto the top of each fillet.
- Arrange lemon slices on top of the fish for added flavor.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes, or until the fish flakes easily with a fork and is cooked through.
- Remove from the oven and let it rest for a couple of minutes before serving.
- Garnish with fresh parsley and serve with your choice of sides.
Notes
- For a spicier kick, add a pinch of cayenne pepper to the dukkah blend before applying it to the fish.
