Ingredients

Scale
  • 2 (6-ounce) sea bass fillets
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/2 cup dukkah spice blend
  • 1 lemon, sliced
  • Fresh parsley, for garnish

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or lightly grease it with cooking spray.
  3. Place the sea bass fillets on the prepared baking sheet, skin side down.
  4. Drizzle the olive oil over the fillets, then season with salt and black pepper.
  5. Press the dukkah spice blend evenly onto the top of each fillet.
  6. Arrange lemon slices on top of the fish for added flavor.
  7. Bake in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes, or until the fish flakes easily with a fork and is cooked through.
  8. Remove from the oven and let it rest for a couple of minutes before serving.
  9. Garnish with fresh parsley and serve with your choice of sides.

Notes
