- Begin by preheating your oven to 400°F (200°C) and prepare a baking sheet with a layer of parchment paper.
- Cut the salmon fillet into chunks and place them in a food processor. Pulse until the salmon is finely chopped, ensuring it retains some texture.
- In a mixing bowl, combine the chopped salmon with panko breadcrumbs, Pecorino cheese, cilantro, minced garlic, egg, lime juice, sea salt, black pepper, and cayenne pepper. Stir until all ingredients are thoroughly mixed.
