- 200g feta cheese
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 teaspoon dried oregano
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh parsley for garnish
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- In a baking dish, combine the chickpeas, olive oil, oregano, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
- Place the feta cheese in the center of the chickpeas.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, or until the feta is golden and the chickpeas are crispy.
- Remove from the oven and garnish with fresh parsley before serving.
