Ingredients

- 8 ounces feta cheese
- 2 cups cherry tomatoes, halved
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 teaspoon red pepper flakes (adjust to taste)
- 1 teaspoon dried oregano
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh basil leaves for garnish (optional)
- Crusty bread or pita for serving
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- In a baking dish, place the block of feta cheese in the center.
- Surround the feta with the halved cherry tomatoes.
- Drizzle the olive oil over the feta and tomatoes.
- Sprinkle the red pepper flakes, dried oregano, salt, and pepper evenly over the dish.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, or until the feta is soft and the tomatoes are blistered.
- Remove from the oven and let it cool for a few minutes.
- Use a fork to gently mash the feta and mix it with the tomatoes and juices.
- Garnish with fresh basil leaves if desired and serve warm with crusty bread or pita for dipping.
