  • 2 cups cherry tomatoes, halved

  • 1 teaspoon red pepper flakes (adjust to taste)
  • 1 teaspoon dried oregano
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh basil leaves for garnish (optional)
  • Crusty bread or pita for serving

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a baking dish, place the block of feta cheese in the center.
  3. Surround the feta with the halved cherry tomatoes.
  4. Drizzle the olive oil over the feta and tomatoes.
  5. Sprinkle the red pepper flakes, dried oregano, salt, and pepper evenly over the dish.
  6. Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, or until the feta is soft and the tomatoes are blistered.
  7. Remove from the oven and let it cool for a few minutes.
  8. Use a fork to gently mash the feta and mix it with the tomatoes and juices.
