Description
A festive and delicious Bacon Brie Crescent Wreath perfect for gatherings.
Ingredients
Scale
- 8 ounces of refrigerated crescent roll dough
- 8 ounces of Brie cheese, cut into small pieces
- 6 slices of cooked bacon, crumbled
- 1/4 cup of chopped fresh parsley
- 1/4 teaspoon of garlic powder
- 1/4 teaspoon of black pepper
- 1 egg, beaten (for egg wash)
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F.
- Unroll the crescent roll dough and separate it into triangles. Arrange the triangles in a circle on a baking sheet, overlapping the wide ends slightly to form a wreath shape.
- In a bowl, mix together the Brie cheese, crumbled bacon, parsley, garlic powder, and black pepper until well combined.
- Spoon the cheese and bacon mixture onto the wide ends of the crescent triangles.
- Fold the pointed ends of the triangles over the filling and tuck them underneath the wreath to secure.
- Brush the entire wreath with the beaten egg to give it a golden color when baked.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes, or until the crescent dough is golden brown and cooked through.
- Allow to cool for a few minutes before slicing and serving.
Notes
- For a spicy kick, add a teaspoon of crushed red pepper flakes to the cheese mixture.
- Substitute the Brie with goat cheese or cream cheese for a different flavor profile.
