- 2 ripe avocados, pitted and peeled
- 4 ounces feta cheese, crumbled
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon red pepper flakes (optional)
- 2 tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)
Instructions
- In a medium bowl, mash the avocados with a fork until smooth but still slightly chunky.
- Add the crumbled feta cheese, lemon juice, olive oil, minced garlic, black pepper, salt, and red pepper flakes (if using) to the bowl.
- Stir the mixture until well combined and creamy. Adjust seasoning to taste.
- Transfer the dip to a serving bowl and sprinkle with chopped parsley for garnish.
- Serve immediately with pita chips, fresh vegetables, or spread on toast. For best flavor, chill in the refrigerator for 30 minutes before serving.
