- 4 slices bacon
- 2 tablespoons maple syrup

Instructions
- Preheat your waffle maker according to the manufacturer’s instructions.
- In a bowl, mix the protein pancake mix with water until smooth.
- Cook the bacon in a skillet over medium heat until crispy, then remove and drain on paper towels.
- In the same skillet, add maple syrup, cayenne pepper, black pepper, and salt to the bacon drippings and stir to combine.
- Spray the waffle maker with cooking spray and pour in the protein batter, cooking until golden brown.
- Once the waffles are done, cut them into taco shapes and fill with the spicy maple bacon.
