Deliciously crispy protein waffle tacos filled with spicy maple bacon, perfect for a hearty breakfast or brunch.


Ingredients

  • 1 cup protein pancake mix
  • 1 cup water
  • 4 slices bacon
  • 2 tablespoons maple syrup
  • 1 teaspoon cayenne pepper
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • Cooking spray

Instructions

  1. Preheat your waffle maker according to the manufacturer’s instructions.
  2. In a bowl, mix the protein pancake mix with water until smooth.
  3. Cook the bacon in a skillet over medium heat until crispy, then remove and drain on paper towels.
  4. In the same skillet, add maple syrup, cayenne pepper, black pepper, and salt to the bacon drippings and stir to combine.
