Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and prepare a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a mixing bowl, blend together the shredded coconut, almond butter, vanilla extract, and a pinch of sea salt until evenly mixed.
  3. Carefully open each pitted date and fill it with about a tablespoon of the coconut-almond blend.
