Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and prepare a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a large bowl, mix together the almond flour, baking powder, sea salt, garlic powder, and onion powder until well combined.
  3. Fold in the grated cheddar cheese, ensuring it’s evenly distributed throughout the dry ingredients.
  4. In another bowl, beat the eggs and melted butter together until smooth.
  5. Gradually add the wet mixture to the dry ingredients, stirring until a cohesive dough forms.
  6. If desired, gently incorporate the chopped chives for added flavor.
  7. Scoop out tablespoon-sized amounts of dough and place them on the prepared baking sheet, leaving about 2 inches of space between each bite.
  8. Bake for 15-18 minutes, or until the tops are golden and slightly firm.
  9. Allow the bites to cool for a few minutes on the baking sheet before transferring them to a wire rack to cool completely.
