- 2 large eggs

- 1 tablespoon chopped fresh chives (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and prepare a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a large bowl, mix together the almond flour, baking powder, sea salt, garlic powder, and onion powder until well combined.
- Fold in the grated cheddar cheese, ensuring it’s evenly distributed throughout the dry ingredients.
- In another bowl, beat the eggs and melted butter together until smooth.
- Gradually add the wet mixture to the dry ingredients, stirring until a cohesive dough forms.
- If desired, gently incorporate the chopped chives for added flavor.
- Scoop out tablespoon-sized amounts of dough and place them on the prepared baking sheet, leaving about 2 inches of space between each bite.
- Bake for 15-18 minutes, or until the tops are golden and slightly firm.
- Allow the bites to cool for a few minutes on the baking sheet before transferring them to a wire rack to cool completely.

- For an extra kick, consider mixing in 1/4 teaspoon of cayenne pepper with the dry ingredients.
