Air Fryer Salmon Bites are a delicious and easy-to-make dish that combines the flavors of honey, sriracha, and soy sauce for a delightful meal.
Ingredients

- 1 lb salmon, skinless, cut into 1-inch cubes
- 2 tbsp honey
- 1 tbsp sriracha
- 1 tbsp soy sauce (or coconut aminos)
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp olive oil
- Lime wedges & chopped cilantro (to serve)
Instructions
- In a bowl, mix honey, sriracha, soy sauce, and garlic powder. Toss salmon in sauce.
- Lightly grease air fryer basket. Cook salmon at 400°F (200°C) for 6-8 minutes, shaking halfway.
- Garnish with lime and cilantro.
Notes
- For extra crispiness, spray salmon with oil before cooking.
- Serve over rice or with avocado.
