Description

Air Fryer Salmon Bites are a delicious and easy-to-make dish that combines the flavors of honey, sriracha, and soy sauce for a delightful meal.


Ingredients

  • 1 lb salmon, skinless, cut into 1-inch cubes
  • 2 tbsp honey
  • 1 tbsp sriracha
  • 1 tbsp soy sauce (or coconut aminos)
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp olive oil
  • Lime wedges & chopped cilantro (to serve)

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, mix honey, sriracha, soy sauce, and garlic powder. Toss salmon in sauce.
  2. Lightly grease air fryer basket. Cook salmon at 400°F (200°C) for 6-8 minutes, shaking halfway.
  3. Garnish with lime and cilantro.

  • For extra crispiness, spray salmon with oil before cooking.
