Ingredients

  • 1 jar dill pickles
  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Drain the pickles and pat them dry with paper towels.
  3. In one bowl, place the flour. In a second bowl, beat the eggs. In a third bowl, mix the breadcrumbs with garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.
  4. Dip each pickle slice first in the flour, then in the egg, and finally coat with the breadcrumb mixture.
  5. Place the coated pickles in the air fryer basket in a single layer.
  6. Air fry for 10-12 minutes, flipping halfway through, until golden brown and crispy.
  7. Remove from the air fryer and let cool slightly before serving.
