- 1 jar dill pickles
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 2 large eggs
- 1 cup breadcrumbs
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
- Drain the pickles and pat them dry with paper towels.
- In one bowl, place the flour. In a second bowl, beat the eggs. In a third bowl, mix the breadcrumbs with garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.
- Dip each pickle slice first in the flour, then in the egg, and finally coat with the breadcrumb mixture.
- Place the coated pickles in the air fryer basket in a single layer.
- Air fry for 10-12 minutes, flipping halfway through, until golden brown and crispy.
- Remove from the air fryer and let cool slightly before serving.
Notes
- For extra flavor, add your favorite spices to the breadcrumb mixture.
- Serve with ranch dressing or your favorite dipping sauce.
- Adjust cooking time based on the thickness of the pickle slices.
