These air fryer buffalo wings are crispy, spicy, and healthier than traditional fried wings. Ready in just 30 minutes, they’re perfect for game day or any gathering!

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 1/2 pounds chicken wings (drumettes and flats)
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp paprika

  • 1/4 cup butter, melted
  • 1/2 cup hot sauce (like Frank’s RedHot)

Instructions

  • Pat the wings dry and season with garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.
  • Preheat air fryer to 400°F. Cook the wings in a single layer for 20-25 minutes, flipping halfway.
  • In a small saucepan, melt the butter and stir in hot sauce.
  • Toss the cooked wings in the buffalo sauce and serve immediately with dipping sauce.

Notes

  • For crispier wings, pat the chicken wings dry before seasoning.
