Ingredients

  • 1 cup buffalo sauce
  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1 cup water
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon pepper
  • 1/2 cup blue cheese, crumbled
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice

Instructions

  1. Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix flour, water, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper to create a batter.
  3. Dip each cauliflower floret into the batter, allowing excess to drip off.
  4. Place the battered cauliflower in the air fryer basket in a single layer.
  5. Air fry for 15-20 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through, until golden and crispy.
  6. While the cauliflower is cooking, prepare the blue cheese foam by mixing blue cheese, sour cream, and lemon juice in a bowl until smooth.
  7. Once the cauliflower is done, toss it in buffalo sauce.
  8. Serve the buffalo cauliflower bites with blue cheese foam on the side.
