- 1 cup buffalo sauce
- 1 cup all-purpose flour

- 1 teaspoon garlic powder

- 1/2 cup blue cheese, crumbled
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
Instructions
- Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
- In a bowl, mix flour, water, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper to create a batter.
- Dip each cauliflower floret into the batter, allowing excess to drip off.
- Place the battered cauliflower in the air fryer basket in a single layer.
- Air fry for 15-20 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through, until golden and crispy.
- While the cauliflower is cooking, prepare the blue cheese foam by mixing blue cheese, sour cream, and lemon juice in a bowl until smooth.
- Once the cauliflower is done, toss it in buffalo sauce.
- Serve the buffalo cauliflower bites with blue cheese foam on the side.
