Ingredients

- 4 large cucumbers, peeled and diced
- 1 cup plain yogurt
- 1/2 cup sour cream

- 2 tablespoons lemon juice

Instructions
- In a blender, combine the cucumbers, yogurt, sour cream, dill, lemon juice, and garlic.
- Blend until smooth and creamy.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Chill the soup in the refrigerator for at least 1 hour before serving.
- Serve cold, garnished with additional dill if desired.
