Instructions
- In a skillet, cook the salmon fillets over medium heat until golden brown on both sides.
- Remove the salmon and set aside.
- In the same skillet, add heavy cream, spinach, and sun-dried tomatoes, stirring until combined.
- Stir in the Parmesan cheese until melted and smooth.
